Why do I see exclamation points on the Function tab in the upper-left corner of the display?
Exclamation points appear on the Function tab of a Find a Document, KeyCite a Citation or Search Westlaw if the result is more than 1K in size. Tap the Function tab (e.g., Find!!) to view the actual size of the result.
I periodically get the error message Your handheld could not connect to the server. Wait a few minutes and try again (iNet 1410). What does this message mean?
This message has to do with your Palm connection and means that either the Palm server is experiencing problems or it is being worked on.
How do I change the size of the default page limit in the DPWeb browser on the Palm V and Palm VII?
Westlaw data is sent to you in chunks that are 5K in size. The default page-limit size in the DPWeb browser is 2K. Change the page-limit size to 12K or the highest available setting by completing the following steps:
Why can't I link to Find a Document, KeyCite a Citation, Search Westlaw or Search West Legal Directory on the Palm?
If you are using the DPWeb browser on the Palm V or VII, the No Link check box on the initial search page is probably selected. Select the check box to clear it.
Why don't I see images on Westlaw Wireless when using the Go.Web browser?
To see images, set the Go.Web Image option to Friendly Sites Only.
