Which settings maximize the performance of Westlaw Wireless when using the Go.Web browser?
To see images, set the Go.Web Image option to Friendly Sites Only. To see tables, set the Format Tables option to Yes.

How can I access the Web from my RIM Wireless Handheld?
To access the Web, install the Go.Web browser from GoAmerica and make sure the wireless capabilities are turned on.

Where do I get the Go.Web browser from GoAmerica?
You can download Go.Web from the Software Downloads page of the GoAmerica Web site at www.goamerica.net/html/support/downloads.html.

Why do I see the message Page Truncated at the bottom of my screen?
A document containing a large number of links may cause this message to be displayed. You can avoid this by increasing the maximum page size. To do so, complete the following steps:

Tap Options at the Home screen.

Scroll to Go.Web and tap.

Scroll to Maximum Page Size . Increase the page size to 30,000 by pressing and holding down the orange key while rolling the trackwheel.

Can I cut, copy and paste text?
Yes. Cut, copy, and paste text by completing the following steps:

Place your cursor next to the text you want to cut or copy.

Hold down the Alt key and click the trackwheel to enter Selection mode. Roll the trackwheel to highlight the text you want to cut or copy. To highlight one character at a time, hold down the Alt key while you roll the trackwheel.

Click to view the menu and then scroll to Cut Selection and tap to cut the text or Copy Selection to copy the text.

Place your cursor where you would like to paste the text, click to view the menu and then scroll to tap Paste Selection
